Do you travel?
I travel for Newborn and Lifestyle photoshoots. (Maternity photoshoot can be done lifestyle as well.) There is a travel fee $100 for NJ and $150 for NY state, CT, PA and $200 for New York City.
How far out do you book?
While there is no specific time limit, the earlier you book, the better. All bookings are subject to availability. I try to book at least two months in advance allowing certain flexibility considering the weather changes, uncertainty of birthdates etc.
What should we wear?
Depending on the type of photoshoot, I’m happy to make wardrobe suggestions. You can’t go wrong with light, neutral tones as they photograph beautifully. Of course, you’re always welcome to wear a favorite outfit, but if you were drawn to my portfolio, I recommend considering my guidance on styling, as wardrobe plays a significant role in creating strong, cohesive images.
How can I book a certain date for Newborn photoshoot?
I book your Newborn photoshoot based on your due date understanding that you can have a baby earlier or later. I ask to let me know as soon as the baby is born, so that we can schedule a specific day and time that works for everyone.
How do we get our photos?
I share a digital link with high resolution photos you can download and print.
What's the ideal time for newborn photos?
The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is within the first two weeks of life, with the sweet spot being between 5–14 days old. During this time, babies are naturally sleepier, more flexible, and curl up more easily, which allows for those soft, cozy, posed images that fit beautifully into newborn props and setups.
That said, I’m happy to photograph newborns up to one month old—we’ll simply adapt the session to your baby’s stage, focusing more on wrapped poses and lifestyle-style images. For the dreamiest, sleepiest newborn portraits and the best fit for props, the first two weeks truly are ideal. 🤍
